Language Line US acquires Language Line UK
Combined company to deliver market leading language support solutions London - November, 2005
Subject to confirmation, Language Line Holdings, LLC has acquired UK based Language Line Limited.
Language Line Limited has accepted an offer made by US based Language Line
Holdings to acquire the company. Contracts have been exchanged with a view
to completing the transaction as soon as possible.
Together, the two companies will meet a wider set of customer needs and
create truly international solutions to the diverse communication challenges
faced by the public and private sectors in Europe today.
The new organisation is committed to maintaining the high quality service
our customers have always enjoyed and the results of the merger will see
no material changes in customer relationships.
